iTractor is Agrobit’s solution consisting of a double-sided camera that automatically captures images of crops as the tractor or farm machine normally travels through the rows. Computer vision algorithms count fruit, measure vegetative vigor, detect leaf abnormalities and diseases, and generate georeferenced yield maps. The result: you know how much you will produce 2-3 months before harvest, plot by plot, without stopping field operations.
Currently supported crops: grapevine, apple, pear, peach, blueberry, avocado, mango. New crops in continuous development.
How does it work?
- Install the camera on your tractor, farm machine or ATV: iTractor mounts in minutes on the carrier implement with plug & play system. Modular design is compatible with any standard tractor, no structural modifications required (except for VRA application where some modifications may need to be made or additional components installed).
- Walk the rows at normal operating speed: No need to slow down. The system captures high-resolution two-sided (left and right side of the row) images at speeds from 20 to 50 km/h, in bright light or at night thanks to the integrated lighting system.
- Data are processed in real time by AI: Computer vision algorithms automatically identify and count fruits, flowers and inflorescences on each plant, measuring leaf wall area and detecting discoloration or distressed plants.
- Displays maps on the dashboard: When the survey is complete, access the dashboard to view georeferenced yield, vigor, and quality maps for each field zone. Export the prescription maps for subsequent operations.
- It integrates directly with the ISOBUS sprayer: For VRA (variable rate) treatments, iTractor connects directly to the ISOBUS sprayer. The product dose adjusts automatically according to the detected biomass, no map to be loaded manually. The VRA application may need to make some changes or install add-ons.
